Isotonic+ Mixed Berries single-dose is an isotonic drink developed based on the FEDME consensus (Spanish Federation of Sports Medicine) regarding how an electrolyte replacement drink should be consumed during activity.
Its P2MAX formula indicates a 2:1 maltodextrin - fructose ratio. This combination of fast- and slow-releasing carbohydrates guarantees a sustained energy supply without saturating glucose pathways when exceeding 60g/h. The concentration is 6%, meaning each serving contains 30g of carbohydrates with different assimilation rates.
Thanks to Isotonic+, we will have a balanced supply of sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and the other minerals involved in maintaining water balance and metabolic function, thus also reducing possible causes associated with muscle cramps.
