Hypotonic0 has a low osmolarity, lower than that of blood (hypotonic concentration), which quickly facilitates a greater passage of fluid into the cell.
Hypotonic0 is especially recommended for promoting pre-exercise hydration. Its consumption during exercise is also recommended for short-duration activities and/or those with very low intensity, as well as those taking place in particularly hot or high-humidity environments.
Since it contains no sugars, it is a useful tool for "low carb" training or for combining with energy products that do not contain mineral salts, such as Energy bars or EnerGyPro bars.
